The Unstringed Absence

I can smell the freedom
For some reason I can see me liberate
My property, my stance
That’s the only me, and only me

I can feel the rhythm
My heart throbs
Freedom is within me
But fails to beat down the walls

In unknown rhythms that I walk
They remain unstringed
Unsure how they would be restrained
They seem to flow within as I wait

I can smell the freedom
For some reason I see
My property, my stance
Liberation at mode, that’s the only me
