Secret Amphibian

I swim in the water like an amphibious frog
I stroke through the murky terrain, my stomach’s weird
In the quest of love, everything is lost and gained
I don’t know where to start and end

It seems as if my stomach is talking
It’s dancing words, through my veins
I feel the tinkling, up to the edge
I keep gathering dust, as I think

The language is vague, so I stroke through the terrain
My stomach’s language, I can’t explain
In the quest of love, I would love to gain
But I don’t know where to start nor end

The amphibious frog is camouflaging its catch
Whatever it’s got it is trying to wrap
In the quest of love, it’s trying hold

Too far too strong, I swim in the water like an amphibious frog
I stroke through the murky terrain, my stomach’s weird
In the quest of love, everything is lost and gained
I don’t know where to start and end
